Good morning, everyone! Did you have a good night's sleep?
Thin clouds are floating, but the sun is shining brightly up
there in the blue sky here in the Kanto region. This is the
first sunny and refreshing morning we have here in a while.
The temperature outside is 23 degrees Celsius as of 7:30 am
and the high today should be around 30 degrees during the
day. It is going to be like a midsummer day, so don't forget
to drink enough water to avoid getting heat exhaustion.
Plus, if you use public transportation like bus or train, too much
use of air conditioning could ruin your health. I recommend
taking your light jacket or one more shirt to regulate your body
temperature. I hope you all keep your physical shape up and
have a fantastic Friday!

皆さんお早うございます。よくお休みになれましたか。薄い雲が浮かんではいるものの、
青空に太陽が明るく輝くこちら関東地方です。しばらくぶりの晴れて爽やかな朝を迎え
ました。午前七時半現在の気温は摂氏二十三度、日中の最高気温は三十度前後になる
でしょう。真夏の一日のようになりそうですので、熱中症対策として十分な水分摂取を
お忘れなく。加えてバスや電車などの公共交通機関をご利用の際、過剰な冷房が体に障る
ことがあります。軽い上着やシャツを一枚余分に携帯し、体温調節を行うとよいでしょう。
体調管理に気をつけて、素晴らしい金曜日をお過ごしください。

でしょう。たいちょうかんりにきをつけて、すばらしいきんようびをおすごしください。
